Weihrauch HW Quick Fill Replacement Upgrade Part for HW100, HW101, HW110 & HW44

This is a screw in replacement parts, that replaces the factory Weihrauch quick fill, valve parts. By replacing the four factory valve parts inside the quick fill with this single part, you will stop dirt and debris getting blown in to your air cylinder and the air rifle, as well as greatly reducing the possibility of a leaking quick fill, which we know is one of the most common leaks an air rifle can get.

This Item is compatible with the following air rifles:
- Weihrauch HW100 (all Models)

- Weihrauch HW10 (all Models)
- Weihrauch HW110 (all Models)
- Weihrauch HW44 (all Models)

To fit this part you will need to do the follow:
- Remove the air cylinder from the air rifle
- Using the de-gasing tool, remove all the air from the cylinder
- Once cylinder is completely empty, you will need to remove the quick fill/gauge end of the air cylinder
- You may need to clamp the air cylinder in a vice and use the appropriate cylinder end removal tool to remove
the quick fill/gauge end 
- Once removed you will need a large/broad flat bladed screw driver to remove the factory quick fill valve from the back 
of the quick fill/ gauge cylinder end
- Once all these parts are removed inspect and clean the cylinder end accordingly making sure the part is clean and oil/grease free (this is also an ideal time to replace the rest of the orings this parts has)
- As long as your happy that the cylinder is clean, then fit the new quick fill upgraded part and nip up with the appropriate spanner or socket
- Refit the the cylinder end to the air cylinder, this is only needs to be hand tight when refitting as once the air cylinder is pressurised the end will self tighten.
- Fill the air cylinder with air and leave 1 hour for air to cool and 24 hours before refitting to air rifle. If the air pressure hasn't dropped in 24 hours your okay to fit and and use on the air rifle again.
