APEX Regulator & Cylinder End for the HW100 & HW101 with Max Plenum Kit

APEX Regulator & Cylinder End for the HW100 & HW101 With Max Plenum Kit allows the maximum plenum volume available in the HW100 platform, removing the standard regulator completely and opening up that volume to act as the regulator plenum, very helpful for higher power HW100s that suffer with plenum volume for power and efficiency. 

The APEX Regulator allows filling of the cylinder to 250bar with no pressure output change, to increase shot count by around 50% over the standard 200bar fill. For example, if you achieve 60 shots from 200-100bar, filling to 250 bar will give approximately 90 shots down to 100bar. The Additional plenum volume helps both power output and efficiency, depending how your rifle is setup you will see an increase in power and/or shot count.

The APEX Regulator & Replacement Cylinder End replaces the standard valve unit in the end of the cylinder, this minimises any fill volume decrease to give maximum shots per fill, as well as removing the entire standard regulator assembly.  You will not be able to remove the cylinder assembly by hand once the APEX Regulated cylinder assembly is fitted, so it cannot be removed and swapped for a spare cylinder etc.

Removing the standard HW100 Regulator

To remove the standard HW100 regulator, the entire assembly of front of the block will need to be removed, the adjuster and Belleville washers removed also. With the Adjuster and Bellevilles removed the blanking plug will need to be fitted in their place. You may need to adjust your hammer settings to allow your rifle to work at its most efficient with the APEX Regulator installed.

The APEX Regulator output pressure is tailored to achieve the desired output. This is set according to the barrel length, power output and calibre of your rifle which you will need to select from the options below. If you would like a particular pressure set please state it in the box below and this will overwrite our settings with your desired pressure set.
